My life doesn’t look quite like most people’s. I’m a full-time lady nomad, living in my cozy little home on wheels since 2015. A decade later, I added extended-stay hotels to the mix.
I usually spend summers in northern Illinois and winters in southeast Florida. As for the time in between, you’ll find me wandering willy-nilly.
My blend of van life, campground stays, and hotel life is a lifestyle I call Portable Living.
But this isn’t a “how-to” blog about camping or living in a van or a hotel. My lifestyle is simply the backdrop where my days unfold.
What you’ll find here are stories and ponderings from a life lived a bit differently, and a mind that wanders off the beaten path… one simple moment at a time.
