By hanging out on my blog, you are agreeing to how I handle data. If you're not comfortable with my practices, please don't use this site.

The Basics

This is my personal blog. I don't sell your data to anyone and only collect what is necessary to keep the blog running and reply to your messages.

Third-Party Services

I use some tools to make this blog work. Because these are outside services, their own privacy policies apply when you interact with them:

• Hosting: This blog is hosted on Bearblog.dev which may collect basic info to show me anonymous stats (like how many people visited today).
• Contact Form: I use Letterbird for my contact form. When you message me, they collect and store your email and message in my Letterbird account. A copy of your email and message is forwarded to my personal email so I can read it and reply.

Embedded and External Content

Sometimes I link to other sites or embed things like videos or social media posts. Once you click a link or interact with embedded content, those other websites may collect their own data or use their own cookies.

I don't control what other websites do. It's always a good idea to check the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Cookies

This blog uses minimal, functional cookies.

You can always disable or delete cookies in your browser settings but doing so might make parts of the internet work a little wonky.

Safety & Legal Stuff

• Data Retention: I delete your email and messages from my email inbox once our conversation is done. The data stored in my Letterbird account is periodically reviewed and removed.
• Your Rights: You can request to have your data deleted at any time by reaching out through the contact form.
• Data Breach: If I ever discover a security breach that affects you, I'll let you know within 7 business days.
• Security: HTTPS encryption is used to keep the site as safe as possible.
• Age Requirement: This site is for adults (18+). I don't knowingly collect info from anyone under 18.

Updates

I may update this policy occasionally. By continuing to use my blog, you are agreeing to the newest version.
